aerial help please..

hey dudes, and possibly dudettes, i am having some trouble with an aerial..
when i try this move i try to kick that first leg over as hard as i can but i just end up landing on my head.. anyone got any usefull tips for just starting an aerial????

i never land on my head lol. u have to push off of the last leg that leaves the ground hard. also work on flexibility will solve some issues.

in the tutorial juji explain what you have to do with the torso...you can't go straight down! also..if you see you are going to crash just put the arms down.
