for the gflash swing your leg up bent first then extend it to a flash at the peak of your jump. by doing that you will go up higher, because if you swing your leg straight you create pendulum motion and your cog doesn't reach maximal height. You can look at my gflash in LAVA LAMP and see how my leg starts bent and extends at the peak.
Yay i'm being helpful!

wtf haha, those are both the easy prerequesites to the cork :punched:
anyways im not exactly the btwist master so ill leave that, but for the gainer flash it might help to relax a little, and maybe tuck your hands behing ur landing leg to help land it, untill you are more comfortable with the move

For your gainer flash you need to PULL your landing leg under you. The set up and initial kick is fine, but you aren't pulling it all the way through. That kick should be kicking until you hit the ground. Btwist is close. Keep working it, the landing comes with practice. Just try to stomp the ground when you see it coming.

Wrap better/tighter on the b-twist, and on the gflash you might want to practice with a little pivot step like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqVYw1qKyt0, it helped me learn to concentrate on the landing more since you have more control throughout the move that way.

hey Elim, we have the same shorts. =] =] =]
Seriously what is up with these people learning to cork before they land a gainer. It's just weird.
