It probably has a dozen different names. Flip flop I think is another.

Also, can you do a regular kip up using your hands? You certainly don't need a tutorial for a no handed if you can. You just use your upper back and head to push off the ground rather than your hands, that's all.

Yeah rubberband is another. Like I said, probably referred to by a dozen different names, I don't think it really matters though.

Also, who said anything about jumping back onto your upperback/neck? You mean during the rubberband/flipflop/spring/(enter your own term)?

I haven't seen anybody do that, that'd be a little stupid and kinda dangerous I'd think haha. You obviously use your hands for when you're jumping back like that.

There's no reason to worry about it when you're just doing a regular no handed kip up though. Your neck and upperback will be used more so they'll probably be sore or tight from practicing them but you should be able to get it easily enough having a regular kip up already. Like I said, no tutorial needed.

Yeah, man...I haven't tried rubberbands in a while but I think I can still do them. They weren't that hard when i first learned them. They just take a little practice to know how to land.
