stupid camera + bad session

my camera hogs batteries like a little bitch. 30 minutes of on and off filming it already used up a pair of AAs. plus the ground was dry, hard, and had wet patches. and remember my video of kicks in the basement? well since the ceiling was low i went outside to see how high i can really do them and there isnt much of a difference. im shittier than i thought.

do squats erally help with jumping alot? i recently heard that single leg hyper exrensions are good, but i cant do them because there is no proper equitment for that exercise. :(

thats sarcasm i presume. well, i read somewhere that squats werent as great as everyone thought for increasing vert. i really dont know, im not an expert, thats why i asked. ive been doing them in my workout, except the past 2 or 3weeks because i keep injuring myself from TKD, but how long would it take to get a good increase in vert? im like 5'7 or 5'8. i am a couple of inches away from touching the rim and i want to touch the rim!

Hey tricker d, your cam sounds like crap. Why don't you save up and get something better, you know that actually uses rechargeable batteries? Also, is this an actual cam that just takes crappy video or an actual camcorder? That's actually irrelevant though since you obviously need a better cam anyway.

i like my camera and its not that bad at all. it can use rechargables and i think it came with an adaptor. the quality is okay.

Well you complained a lot about it for liking it and it not being "that bad at all."

What kind is it anyway? I don't recall seeing footage of you so I don't know what quality it might be, though most of the time poor quality is due to poor rendering and video editing, not the actual cam.

For your camera, buy rechargeable NIMH batteries. You can buy ones that will charge in 15 minutes, and last a hell of a lot longer than regular AA batteries.
