i think it helps if you think of it as a uber 360

edit, oh i though it was for the double leg alone.

do you mean dleg out of another trick like 360/illusiontwist etc?

anything like that try and keep your whole body upright and just jump really high straight up (think - STAY UPRIGHT!) then twist 180 degrees with your body still straight before kicking your legs over. hope this helps, im usually pretty crappy at these but can do em out of stuff ok haha. =)

oh and plant one foot at a time if it's a 360/illusion/hyper7/hyper1440. always like a hyper to make it easier :good:

just do a 360 out of whatever trick, then do it with your feet together

ye man i used to do the shitty backflip or vertical spin thing too, basicly the thing which got me this move nicely is copying TKD andy's take off, and i mean exactly, by doin that thing he does where you take a hop lookin 1 way, then spin 180 into the actual takeoff, you get extra "torque" or whatever and its super easy and you just have to power both legs around. (im sure that all made no sense)

*edit* whoops i thought you just meant a double leg on its own

Learn to do standing doubleleg. Punching into it will seem oh so much easier in comparison. 360-doubleleg is the easiest way to begin learning these things, go do it on your first try.
