so every time i try to do even a tuck planche my legs keep going under me... like doing dips so i was wondering if there was someone who has done the same thing and could tell me what to do to get them better

yea u build up from that... as u get stronger start to pull ur legs out

i start doing dips? they arent even tuck planches they are just dips. is that what you are talking about?

Easy way to learn planches? Practice them every fucking day. Tuck planches can be hard at first but even if you can only hold it for one second, practice that a million times a day. It'll gradually get easier.

My guess would be to do 'supermans'!

They will help strengthen your lower back muscles (as they're contracting to lift your legs and upper body off the floor).

You can then use your newly improved back muscles to help lift your pelvis and therefore legs higher into the air in tuck planche!

thanks
