I was actually able to do gainers last summer. I lost them during the winter(is that common, losing ability over winter months?) I've got my standing backflips back, but they're not that high anymore and I have to tuck. Do you think I should try the gainer or wait till I get more height? I was thinking height may not matter because you have tuck during your run of the mill gainer.

Opinion?

also what is raiz?

My input is, with the gainer work your backflips a little more then attempt gainers when you feel ready. Thats all there really is to some moves is guts. Gainers are easy once you got the feel. And yea, its pretty common to lose moves that you dont pratice.

Raiz? umm a really leaned up tornado kick. Instead of moving side to side your throwing your weight up and over your sholder and kicking i supose. Like a sideswipe without langing on the kicking leg?
