Opening the Chest

I just watched Scalco's raiz tutorial. What does it mean to open up the chest?

Opening the chest means you have to push your chest out. What I mean can be done while you sit on your chair reading this; sit and just push your chest to the front and your shoulders a bit back.

That is "opening your chest". Now just do that + looking over one shoulder when you are upsidedown in a Raiz:smile:
