Sorry man, it's a moonkick, then a crashed twist. A corkscrew.
The only thing similar with that one move, is the setup.

This thread doesn't suck. You asked what it was, we've told you exactly what it is. If you can't realize that you're not doing that gainer halftwist stepout thing, then don't ask for help.
