wow... was that ever helpful...
for the front flip i would check out a blocking tutorial... Can't remember who it was but someone made an amazing one a while back, try youtubing it...
Other than that just work on strengthening your leg muscles, do things like squats etc, i dunno if itll help with either flip but i like doing stairs, it works some part of your leg so i guess it should be useful....
Other than that im outta ideas.. let us know how it goes

Yeah, I read it.
Get used to jumping. Start jumping....everywhere! Different types e.g. from a run and punch, standing, etc. You need to build up confidence so that when you begin doing things you aren't hindered because of fear. This could set you back alot...

You guys think I could get standing layouts this year?
lol you just triple posted, but i'll try to answer all of your questions:
1-Q:my stomach will hurt after workout?
A: maximal protein intake, self massage(I use arbonne bio nutria),and burning hot epsom salt baths
2-Q: should I stretch?
YES, always
3-Q: can I land a standing layout by the end of this year?
A: technically in a layout the body must be straight the whole time, but in order to land it you must pike at the end unless you are fuckin superman(or mario). So a proper completely straight the whole time layout- probably not. but a floaty standing whip back that pikes at the very end(like reim does)- you could probably pull that off.
