Ok so what are your routines you do in order to have a good session? This is a normal friday night in our Dojo.

1. We go out to 7-11 and buy a red bull and vitamin water.
2. Drink red bull and watch samplers and forms in office.
3. Warm up by running some laps
4. Stretch
5. Basic kicks
6. Trick
7. Fuck around
8. Trick
9. Break stuff/make mess
10. Weapons
11. Play horse
12. Clean up/fix things
13. Go home

Gym sessions are more serious and we have never tricked on grass before.

red bull? nopers drink rockstar or original monster i landed my first 540 and aerial from a rockstar

1.Arrive 20 minutes early to warm up
2.Basic tricks/fucking around
3.Drill more advanced tricks
4.Work on a couple of unfamiliar tricks
5.Get pissed and just start throwing random shit
6.Maybe stretch a bit before leaving.

1. 5 minutes on basic singles (warmup)
2. Drill 2-hit comboes
3. Drill 3 hit or more comboes
4. Try out something new (always)
5. Maybe work on tumbling...
