Hi, itīs me once more.:tongue:
So I sort of had my first tricking session outside cause I started tricking in November (ice cold and snow) and had to trick in the gym for the last five months. And I think I landed a kind of good 540, but Iīm not sure. So hereīs a short vid. And advice is REALLY VERY appreciated.

Only thing you need to do......is THROW the non kicking leg higher.
HIGHER!!!!!!!!!!

As fattricks said, you need to throw your non kicking leg up harder and higher. You also need to pull your arms in tight as the kick comes across, and for maximum power and height maybe dig a bit more and really pounce off the floor.
What I found helped, my 540 was to focus on each of the above points in turn according to importance
e.g. focus on throwing that non kicking leg up hard, once that becomes natural and you don't need to think about it, starting coiling the arms in, and once that's instinctive, start putting more power into the move
I found this really helped me clean up my 540 as, it lets you really do each part with 100% effort as you're not getting confused by thinking of too many things at once.

As these other dudes already said. Launch that non-kicking leg UP UP UP AND AWAY to get some height. Coil the arms in tight if you wanna spin faster and possibly get a gyro one day.

Congratulations on landing the 540 in such a short space of time!
As everyone else has said, kick that first leg up higher. It's my problem too:

I landed my first 540s a couple of days ago and seeing yours has helped me to understand mine more, so thank you!
Before I go: That's an interesting point Pintsize, thanks! I want to reiterate what you said about digging deeper: You look as though you're landing a 540 without hardly digging Cymatrealich. If you got lower in your setup, and then exploded up more in your takeoff, you could have a lot more height and airtime to raise that first leg.

Your 540 are OK. When you will want to Gyro you will never be able to have it! Use your arms, don't let them in the air like that! Grip your chest!

Oh! You mean I should wrap my arms. I sort of do by the first 540 bu you canīt see it very well because the lighting is terrible. By the last two I didnīt, I kind of forgot.:eh: But thanks anyway!
