Since I was not clear enough in the last thread.
And by not clear enough I mean: Most the replies are from fucking assholes that didnt understand the thread was me asking "WHAT VEGETARIAN MEALS/SNACKS DO YOU RECOMMEND?"
Here is what I want.. in red.
Name some meals/snacks that do not contain meat.
example: almonds, a bowl filled with brocoli with melted cheese on top, etc.
Thank you.

Lentils, beans and dairy are good to supplement your protein.
Do you eat fish?

Yeah I eat seafood. I'm been adding shrimp to my spaghetti. Deliscious.

I would just replace alot of the meat with seafood. Probably not all the time though.
Just use some other 'high' protein foods like those I mentioned above. But I'm not the best person to ask about this, I ate a meat platter for lunch yesterday.

easy salad, consisting of spinach leaves, garbanzo beans, blueberries, and wild rice. raspberry viniagrette / apple cider vinegar and a pinch of sugar work out pretty good with that.
plain yogurt, splenda, chopped apple, granola/ oats, handful of almonds.
shake: scoop of strawberry whey, 1 tbsp splenda, 10 baby carrots, a small tomato, 2 ice cubes, 1/4 cup water and diced walnut/almond. throw in some cinnamon or something. (blend obviously)
lentil soup is good. throw in everything really, peppers, celery, tomato, onion etc.
cottage cheese with mixed berries and crushed pecan.
(sweet potato cubes sauteed over smart balance, small amount of brown sugar)- layered over collard greens/spinach

I'm only at all a vegetarian cause the whey protien and green tea and oatmeal that compose the bulk of my diet happen to not contain meat. I highly r ecomend the above products. For a good snack i like to get almonds and a thing of honey and put just a tiny drop of honey on each almond (not vegan acceptable...) Carrot sticks and fruit are really good snacks too.
I often eat sandwhiches with cheese, pesto, tomatos and lettuce instead of meat laden ones when i want something lighter for a meal

Oh and yeah! Hummus. Some backpacker I met on a mountain was eating that. It's an awesome on the go snack. He just took out a bag of powder, put it in a cantine, put a big of water to the mix and bam! Humus on bread.
