I was trying a cartwheel front today and landed short and really awkward.. when I landed like the ball of my foot felt tingly, and I knew I hurt it. Now it hurts to put pressure on it (and even walk) and the area is a little puffy and slightly purplish just above the arch of my foot where it's like meaty.
Any suggestions on ways to make it heal faster? I can't say I have much experience with injuries in this area lol
