Heya.
I know it's good and all to eat such things (and I sure do), but not everyone does, so I'd like to
find out what they miss out on.
I'm wondering what the losses can be by not eating anything of fruit and veggies.

Can a person get what he/she needs from something else?
If a person hasn't been eating none of it, what would improve?

Well, that's kinda what I'd like to know :ogre:

the only thing i can think of off the top of my head is, you would get scurvy from lack of vitamin C and your skin would look like pig shit

Well, those people would be missing out on great sources for vitamins...

Very bad things happen. Like you get sick a lot.

Generally, the quality of their life would be worse than the quality of the leaf eaters. You are more susceptible to diseases, you get all the deficiency symptoms due to lack of vitamins and more.

You could always get some Greens+ as an alternate source for veggies, but that's basically condensed vegetables in powdered form. Generally whole food sources are better.

A lack of fiber and micronutrients that are contained in fruits and veggies would wreak havoc with your gastrointestinal tract, and your immune system. You'd be very sickly, probably find it difficult to do relatively easy tasks for any number of reasons from lethargy, to fatigue, to decreased concentration, general discomfort, or illness. Generally your life would suck.
