actually man dark chocolate is good for you. Look at itallians they eat lots of dark choclate but there cholesterol is grand.
I hear it's mainly there glass of red wine a day thing and the dark choclate

I expect it depends on the chocolate. Really high cocoa chocolate is probably fine, but bulk stuff where they try to stuff it with as much filler as possible to make as much chocolate for as little money as possible will just make you fat.
You'd be amazed the crap they put in processed food to try to bulk it up. *Shudder*
Dark chocolate = ok but still chocolate.
Milk chocolate and all the other mass produced thingies = not ok.
The problem? Milk chocolate tastes so goddamn good when you fall for the temptation. Dark chocolate works best when baking or cooking.
