I did 8 weeks of this program and stopped only because my knees starting killing me (i got tendonitis in both).

I went from 1 cm from touching the rim to grabbing it (all standing), i cant grab with two hands. I think that means i gained a lousy 2 or 3 inches. I wish i could have completed the 15 weeks.

I DONT recommend anyone to do this, and if you really want to then PLEASE wear knee supports. i stopped the workout 5 months ago and i JUST finished getting over the pain in my knees (but thats because volleyball season means a lot of jumping so i never gave it a chance to heal).

as soon as volleyball season is over, im going to just do squats and the like. One thing that i know improved is endurance, the workouts do prepare you for LOTS of jumping.

hope this helps someone out there.

you could just deadlift something really really heavy three times in a row for three different sets three times a week and put more vert on your jump, i call it the threes program

Thanks for the review. More 'evidence' that such programs are bad.

Just focus on increasing your strength, then doing plyometrics. Results will be much better, and easier.
