You should try marinating ribs in root beer or coke. They are delicious and my dad makes the best ribs that way. They are tender and way better than that shit that they sell in restaurants.

tricker_d: I don't do Coke and root beer is practically non-existant in Sweden, the little we have isn't nearly as good as what I had in Oz. This is not restaurant food. This is barbecue!

The Scandinavian gathering we've been planning for so long will be legendary.
During the day(s) we will compete against eachother by comparing strenght and bravery, like lifting rocks and wrestling bulls or taunting bears/wolves, after we've crowned the winner we will see who can eat the most meat and food, after that we will see who can drink the largest amount of alcohol, and if there's any dispute about who truly won any of the earlier contests, we will settle this in an honest fight... To the death...
