View Full Version : 34lbs of muscle in 4 weeks? i call bs?
hey came across this today, seems like bs to me although I don't really know too much about lifting and gains to say for definite. I'd like to know what anyone thinks anyway, and if it really was possible

"little known Colorado Experiment"
Except it's fairly well known in bodybuilding circles...
ummm, it's bs... they use different angles to make him appear taller/shorter, more langer/more muscular, plus you can see that in the supposed "before pictures" that he already had a bit of muscle.. all that happened is he put on some noob gains, shaved the hair off of his body and became tan, and i doubt it was in four weeks judging from the bald spot on the back of his head becoming alot more visible
Ha ha ha, 34 pounds of muscle would take a year with steroids

You can take almost anything that is connected with HIT with a grain of salt -- a couple of them. :dead:

He got tall in 4 weeks.
looks like he gained about 10lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat, went to a tanning salon, shaved his ugly ass body, and played with the pictures in the paint program using the stretch/skew tool
not impressed to say the least, i made better progress myself between january 15 and february 15

HEY I HAVE A WACKY IDEA
If you are all truly so fucking suave, why don't you try doing exactly what he did.
If you get no results, or get barely any in a 4-week time frame, then it is probably full of shit.
If you do get results, then congradulations.
Brian's prediction? No one has the balls to even try this. Even though it would only take up a month's time.

I doubt he'd put forth the effort. He's more than likely just closer to the cam or it's zoomed in to make him appear bigger in comparison to the old one haha
Muscle memory. And yeah he is slightly closer to the camera on the second pic.

The truth is, if it were possible to make these gains in this time period everyone would gain over 200 lbs of muscle a year.
Well not really, because growth happens in spurts. You could probably gain 30lbs of mass in like twelve weeks if you're either a noob, or doing your first cycle, or coming back from weight loss, etc and doing everything else correctly.

Which he did.
LoL! No way! It is the same guy but I bet it took months not weeks.
all of this was done with two 30-minute workouts per week, for a total of 8 HOURS of gym time:
fcuk me. So it only took 8 hours of exercise to get like that. Bawlshit.
