well..., I've tryed a webster full, and it didn't go well X:
one week without tricks and I should be fine...(hope)
(my first serious tricking injury - THREE YEARS)

Still an aerial twist--But an aerial twist and a half? haha. Kjer does them crazy and I have done them before too.

Yeh, it's an easyer way to do aerial twist....,
