You know when you take those off days from tricking or working out? do you feel a little down that you're not really doing anything productive? I FEEL THAT WAY!

How about you let the satisfaction of soreness and pain be your motivation for accomplishment?

I get the same feeling. On days where I'm not working out or tricking, I feel like a slug.
If you feel that way, you are putting way too many eggs in the same basket (metaphor!). Find some kind of activity that fills the hole. Girlfriends, video games, movies, whatever you wish but you need to fill it with something.

What?!? What are you, gay?
Days off are productive because they give you a chance to recuperate. Plus you should stretch anyways, no day is totally off. Unless you're too busy nancing about watching Scrubs.
I shouldn't say these things. I watch Scrubs too. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have the latest dirt on J.D. That zaney guy! How he made it through his residency I'll never know. *whimsical smile*
There's taking a day off to rest and there's taking a week of because your lazy. Back in my lazy days, yes! I felt like a fucking pussy! Everyone feel like shit when taking loads of time off because we're all addicts and need that hormones fix that is released during exercise.
People drops into a mild depression from not training or exercising. It's serious.
I thought this thread said do you feel the burn. Yeah! I do.

I used to last summer, then somewhere along the lines I just quit caring. Now I usually rest 3 days a week, and I feel 10x better than how I used to.

No, because I always feel sore from work if not from working out. Working out actually helps distract from soreness, like you feel something in your abs or arms rather than your back/feet.
scrubs is teh shiznit. to bad i barely get to watch it cuz it comes on while im at TKD everyday. i dont wake up early enough on saturdays to watch it either. i should get it on DVD.

You're a bum, Rock. You're a bum.
If you feel restless on resting days then you have issues. Find something that fills the gap; homework, games, socialization, masturbation (if that's your thing), books, comic books and whatnot. The important thing is that you can enjoy a day of rest instead of crawling on the walls like some drug addict in rehab.

Yeah this is the stuff! If you still feel like a bum go to gym or do exercise at home or in a park on none tricking days, you'd feel better and completely not lazy

I miss Scrubs :( I used to watch it but now the time I used to, I'm asleep because I can't get to sleep right when I get home like I'd planned. Drinking the coffee has something to do with it... *looks at one he's downing now* At least I'm becoming closer to the cast of characters in their caffeinated night-shift ways.
