Okay so I can now do a 360 crescent kick with took forever I have a question though when I'm raising my left leg for the kick it ends up so low because i can barely lift it up while spinning, can someone help me with that? Also, how do you get more rotations the most i can do is 1 and a half. Is there some type of way to train for that or is it in the vertical level?

Dynamic flexibilty training and leg exercises will help you. My legs are heavy as bitches but Im working on getting them faster and faster. The main page has good flexibility tutorials.

for the dynamic stretches am I supposed to hold it there or just kick and raise my legs?

Dynamic=moving, static=holding. Dynamic stretches should be done before tricking and static stretches should be done after tricking.

a lot of people tend to just fling their leg out. try to kick using your hips- that's how you're SUPPOSE to kick. and always try to keep your foot straight. or else Juji will get pissed
