Ok, I have started teaching a class regularly on Sunday's that is belt around getting a demonstration team so fancier tricks and kicks and what not. I have developed a style of teaching that really helped them and that is where I break down each individual technique and work on how that technique became the technique, and maybe a couple steps into the future. (I.E. For the Front Handspring I made them do Handstands, bridges, Handstands into Bridges, Walkovers, Finally into the Front Handspring, I then explained how to do a front flip, but wasn't going to do it because I couldn't remeber how to spot for it).

Basically, what I am asking for help with is different evolutions of different tricks. (So far we have worked on Monkey Rolls [aka Parkour Rolls], Aerials, and Front Handspring.) I was thinking of the Backhandspring, but I still need more tricks other than that. So any thoughts and prior things that build into it? It would be so helpfull. Thanks!

Juji has prerequisites listed under the main tricks on the website. Look under there, and if you want to have tutorials for those prerequisites, go to his old website here. (http://utenti.lycos.it/supatricks/)

The main thing I am looking for is very basic techniques that these guys can learn to build their confidence with these. Easier the technique the better.
