I was just wondering if this was normal. When lifting weights, should their be a clicking in your elbows?

My elbows click frequently whenever I straighten my arm. Sometimes it really hurts. I guess thats just because I'm retarded.

If it doesn't hurt, then it usually isn't a big problems. But it's still not 'normal'.

If it hurts, it means you have weak elbows. :D
Just joking. I'm not sure really.
I just rememberd I had this too, usually when training my triceps.
I had it when dipping. Sometimes it hurt. I don't remember when, but it just disappeared, I don't have it anymore now..

You've strengthened the joint through training, nice one. I'd say if it clicks it is weak. Clicking elbows is as far as I know not particularly common.

Does it click every time your move the joint, or does it require a recharge period like most knuckle cracking?
