Has anyone ever found a new sleep stack?

The old one is fine. CakeNcream pretty much filled you in on the pill version.

I found that food works pretty well.

No, it's a pretty new cutting edge theory, so the studies haven't been done as of yet.

Remarkable! Food is just like sucralose, potentially dangerous but nobody knows for sure. I am actually conducting my own amateur type studies. I eat food before I go to bed, it is very stressful and hard.

I think I'll wait with using food. In my opinion it's just too dangerous to use it without long term studies at hand.

The one juji posted.

I have 1 cup cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of natty PeanutButter to help slow digestion. I like it

Lately I've just had cottage cheese, if I feel like I haven't eaten enough I'll add raw oats as well.
