I actually wrote a post about how people should not stress over maintaining/getting a six pack because aesthetics are blown out of proportion. I deleted it all, though.
I envy the gyms around spring/summer time, just because there are so many stupid fucks worrying about getting a 'beach bod'

To tell you the truth, a sic pack is something that i should have at the end of this summer, seeing as its one of my goals.
But im not gnna do a program for a six pack or anything like that, im just going to let it show by itself, along the way while im doing other training.
My plan is to morning cardio for most of the summer (along with normal cardio), which should burn enough fat for my six pack to glow!
Any ideas, suggestions.....modifications?
yes, do ur cardio in the morning and lifting later on in the evening. I think im gna do that when im done wit my exams. Exercise to the max i guess
Just make sure you eat shit laods 'coz if you don't it a dman waste of time and money. Forget the abs. Concentrate on the pecs, biceps, triceps, thighs and calves.
Oh and if it's for this summer times running out. That's what the winter is for.

To appease Lees Dragon, I will be eating a lot of food while playing ultimate frisbee and softball during the summer while lifting 4-5 times a week and tricking occasionally while maintaing a part time job.
I have no advice to give, sorry.

I think you did give it, but it's implicit in what you're doing over the summer. The advice being: just kick ass. No excuses or shit just get your ass into gear.

My summer will consist of driving rollercoasters, fucking, swimming, bodyweight skills, longboarding, handstand pushups, possibly some tricking and fucking.

Lots of people travel in the summer.
What are the suggestions to keep up the good nutrition while abroad.
It's probably tough at first then gets easy? is it?
Who has experience and advice?
to Lees Dragon: Your best bet would be just buy some heathful groceries once you're at your travel destination, even if you don't have a stove you should at least have a microwave, you can make just about anything. Beef jerky makes for great roadfood.
I tend to travel back and forth a lot throughout the summers between my hometown and school town, it's fairly cheap, easy and healthful to get things like oatmeal, eggs, and sandwich fixings.
As for summer, I'm looking forward to some late night Parkour and tricking sessions crammed in between a hecktic work schedule and some rollerblading by the beach.
Only advice I would have to give is that if you come up with a plan, stick with it. Last summer, I'd do great for a few weeks, and then when I got overloaded with work I would forget or be too tired for like a week...so basically everytime I would make progress I'd set myself back. Even if it's just something small each day, keep yourself on track and if you don't have the time to gain and progress, at least do enough so you don't go backwards.

If you go out for food while traveling, stick with the basics. You can almost always get some sort of plain meat. Then look through sides and see if there is some sort of vegetable mix or other decent carb source. If they have any decent looking salads(not just iceberg lettuce with a 3 cucumber slices and a small tomato) get that with oil and vinegar.
Don't feel bad for ordering stuff that isn't explicitly on the menu. Just find chicken or some other meal and then order it plain grilled without all the stuff they put on it, and order extra sides or substitute.
