I have been trying to get my Btwist for a while now and I had trouble at the beginning because I wasn't getting enough height due to me not throwing up my non jumping leg. So now, I think I do it but it seems to look more like a double leg or something. I notice I put my head down further than my body and I don't really spread my legs. The thing is, I don't really know what to do with them. Should I just stick them both out or one or what? Also, I don't think I spin fast enough with them out so that may be a reflex to tuck them in like I do. Thanks in advance.

DIP, dip, and when you think your head is close enough to the ground dip some more.
Get that first leg up first.
Jump off one leg don't pop off two
The biggest thing is deffo in your dip (or lack there of) your body is too tall leaving the ground and because of this you try to overcompensate by forcing it down giving you what looks like some kinda weird flippy thing.
Fix your entry or try a few from standing to get the movement down
<----I don't dip enough yet but I dip more than you do

my old b-twist (in my avatar) has little or no dip and I don't go too high. This one however I get and extra foot higher in the air and don't but my hands down. The difference in the dip is noticeable see here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKiUODnFX3A)
