Learn tuck planche, do pushups in tuck planche, learn advanced tuck planche, and straddle planche, etc etc etc. I found that lowering into straddle planche from a handstand helped, although I have no idea how my plancheing is these days. Probably nonexistant. Oh well! Ask Rianu if he still even comes here.

if you go to a gym you could prob find a coach or a gymnast who could point you in the right direction. the guys at my gym are usually pretty cool about advice on whatever i'm trying.

For me it was good to do pseudo-planche pushups and also holding the top position, with a greater forward lean. From that I was able to hold a tuck planche.
An important note: don't hold your positions until failiure. Just hold for about 50% of your maximum time, and test it occasionally. You'll likely regress quickly if you start holding for too long.
