Depends on the type of peanut butter, 'jelly' and bread.

Peanut butter - If it's 100% peanuts, then it's good. I wouldn't use the typical supermarket crap.

jelly / jam - Again, the supermarket stuff is usually loaded with sugar, preservatives, etc... You can get 'healthy' jams, which are mostly (if not completely) fruit. But they are hard to find.

Bread - Most break is garbage. Find a good quality wholegrain / multi grain / rye / or something.

I don't eat PB&J anymore because I finally realized it's a load of shit. It's like eating a hamburger that consists of a bun, ketchup, and relish. Who gives a shit. I eat roast beef now.

I love having a massive burger every once in a while... with a bit of ketchup on it.... it's soo good... and it's not really that bad for you

also beef jerky is the shiznit.. if you make it yourself
