I'd seen the Muscle Memory movie, and i have a doubt about the reps.
In the movie, Dogen says to repeat a move you already know for 5-7 times.
My question is: How many reps can i do for new moves?
Another thing i want to know is about the tricking session. First, i'm gonna do my new moves, lets say my new moves are 540 and b-twist. But i already know a lot of moves, like backflips, gainers, 360, tornado, cartwheel, aerials, back hand spring, front flips and many more. So.. i try 540 and b-twist first, and after, can i do all the other moves i know, till a get fatigued (7 reps each move)?
Thanks guys!

you don't need to be so strict...just make sure you don't crash the same goddam thing over and over again

You also don't need to train every trick in each session. Just pick some tricks that don't interfere too much with each other and stop before you get too tired.

Hmm, ok.
Another question, how long is your tricking session? In that movie, Dogen says to trick just for 30 minutes... But i desire to trick for hours!
Thanks!

If you want to be able to trick for hours at a time, just start practing now and slowly increase your volume without letting trick quality diminish.
Personally I'm pretty tired after 45-60 minutes. My joints are pretty sore and beat, but on the other hand I'm not used to it yet.

do not take everything so strictly. listen to your body, that sounds gay but if you have the motivation and the energy to trick for hours then do what you want. tricking is not based on strict rules or guidelines. what dogen and the people on TT give is advice, and it is your decision to follow that advice or not. some things may work better for you that don't work for others. my advice: just try what you want and as soon as things don't go as desired change your training method.

Ok guys! One more doubt =~~
Well, Dogen says to try 2 new tricks per session. When I know this new tricks becomes old? Then, i could try another new trick.

it is to learn new stuffs faster! You could not follow that and everything will be great! When you begin to learn tricks it can help you a lots, but when you become more advanced some moves will take longer time to get!

Just go out and do whatever you feel ready for or want to try. If you are working on something and feel that you are getting closer with each crash...just go for it(obviously don't if you don't want to). Keep going until you don't feel like it anymore, then stop....just do what you feel right doing
