I made a nutrition thread just like this.

Summer is almost here and its the perfect chance to build up your body and reach your goals.
Lets share training ideas, programs, exercises, experiences, warnings and all that to help each other out.

I'm really excited about this summer. Im really gnna try and get my body as perfect as can be, learning tricks along the way. So I figured I could use other peoples experience and opinions. It'll prbbly help.

Training and nutrition both have their separate sub forums.

Anywayz, while away on vacation.. what are some of the best ways to compensateweight training, considering theres none of your own equipment, and assuming that there is no gym.

I was thinking of takin a 15kg empty rice bag, and filling it up with sand.
Thats for body training...

Any suggestions?

anywayz......I'm goin to be swimming, jump-roping and jogging for most of my cardio while abroad...I'm tryin to think of any other good cardio methods without equipment...

my plan for this summer is to start tricking again, land the rest of the beginnertricks (got dleg, aerial, and backflip left), and im gonna run a whole lot as i will start competing again this fall!! when it comes to strengthtraining im gonna use mostly bodyweight excercises.. lots of bodyweight squats, and im gonna work my abs and my lower back!

lots of legraises, and i will start focusing more on my diet too!

and Lees Dragon, i hope more people post usefull shit in this thread! i need it!
