i have had many twisted ankles and have had them heal just fine, but this problem is way different
okay, grab the front the bottom of your foot, now pull it towards your shin, now when i do that it feels like... i dunno, A LoT of pain, sure you could say to stay off it, but even 3 weeks off it didn't help because...
i do a lot of tumbling, roundoff and roundoff backhandspring to whatever and what is the exact position your foot flexes in taking off from a roundoff? bingo!
so I consulted a gymnast that gave me 1 good excercise, a bungee stuck in a door in with a loop sticking out, which i pull towards me with my foot, what i want is maybe another similar one and maybe some general knowledge about this injury if there is anyone nice enough out there
also a side note: both after the workout and after i ice the ankle. it feels fine, but when it thaws, it hurts worse than before i did anything, is this wrong?
