Take Note I am not one Prefere my steak Medium Rare but I have a question for any of the Veggie Munchers. Would you say it affects your tricking ability or over all fitness and there is a protine lack you do not recieve from Meats
Vegetarians who know what they are doing have no problem complementing protein intake.

Vegitarians suck ass, I'd rather not reference dbz twice in this sentence.
I am an assuckin vegetarian since nearly two years by now and this fact doesn`t effect my personal health and fitness. Im a blood donor and the doctor told my that i have excellent bloodvalues. All valuable ingrdidients of meat can be replaced by the ones of plants, even iron which is very important for your blood.

Perhaps vegetarians that reply here could give us some details of their diet, also how they eat before they became vegetarians. And what their fitness interests/goals are, etc
Thanks

It's a bit like eating contraceptive pills(but not quite) and it contains digestive inhibitors (for protein).
I read somewhere about that soy shit that the testosteron thing is just a myth and they had made a study about it, but i dont remember where i read that. On rock_ten`s suggestion i give you a little describtion of my diet: usually i have some oats with milk for breakfast, sometimes an orange juice too. For lunch i eat stuff like noodles, potatoes or rice as a basis with sauces made of vegetables (zuchini, peppers,onions...) after that i have an apple or a banana. In the afternoon a have a banamilk and oats again. For dinner i eat bread with cheese, tomatoes and cucambers. As a good protein source i also eat falafel twice a weak and special noodles wich are typical for the part of Germany where I come from called ,,Spätzle", which contain a lot of eggs. For Iron i eat spinach and special mushrooms and also one ironsoda per day. But Im not a real vegetarian because i still eat fish at least once a week. My family only eats meat twice a week so it wasnt hard for me to become a vegetarian and there were no big changes.
I work out 3-4 times a week at the gym and just started tricking last week which i do twice a week. My goals are to get a bit bigger and to become a good trickster. Im 185cm tall and 69kg heavy(/light) with 12% bodyfat.
Hopefully more vegetarians will post their experiences and diets now....
For crying out loud learn to use spacings! I'm not reading that as long as it looks like an unstable construct of text.
