Pop swipes are the devil. valera flashes aren't.
Actual answer:
pop swipe- sideswipe off of two feet or a really "slanted" flash
valera flash- a flashkick from a doubleleg takeoff, but the kick extends straight upwards(as a sidekick I think), in good ones the legs form the shape of an upside down "4"

the sidekick is a valera kick not a valera flash..i believe thats sumtin else..not sure if jason was doin it cause it was quick..but appears to be it.

very few people mess wit the valera kick..ds does it with a hook.

Pop swipe is an inverted pop 540.. Like, a sideswipe off 2 feet. A valera flash is a doubleleg with a sidekick or something..

pop swipe is a slanted standing flash kick (like a standing moon kick)

valera is where you go into a flash kick from a double leg setup
