I've been trying to do 10 minute abs, but i don't know enough ab exercises to fill the entire time block. here's what i know:
leg lifts
cherry pickers
crunches
side-crunches
bicycle
i do inclinedsitups with a 25lb plate or dumbell or whatever, so thats separate from the 10 minute thing. can you guys put down a few more exercises? if it gets to be more than 10 then i'll do em all, fuck 10 minutes. i've been repeating exercises but that gets boring, doing the same thing.

If you are doing heavy (weighted) incline situps, then there is no need for any 10 minute ab program. Train your abs with a heavy weight during your workouts, then let them rest.

i kinda figured that i could tone my abs by doing the 10 minute thing. although your probably right, just like working out any other part of the body it needs rest. i haven't been able to get to the gym for awhile so i've been doing the ten minute thing as filler.
thx for the site parasite.

Did you just used the word tone?

10 minute abs is a joke. You should get the 7 minute abs workout and do that one.

Front squats and military presses. If you need more, do L-sits.

Dragon flags ftw, it shouldn't take much time to do them, and they are a great exercice.

I was reading an exercise book from the library and it had a guy doing an incline situp. As long as it wasn' too incined you could probably still stress the muscles that way, just more like a 45 degree window for that RoM as opposed to 90 for flat and more for decline. Declined is the win though. Kind of like how with leg lifts, the maximal decline would be where you're straight up on that weird chair your elbows rest on. For abs, it'd be hanging totally upside down by your feet in gravity boots and doing situps, that's awesome.
