I'm at a great weight, in good condition, but I want to remove all the possible fat I can from my glutes and back thighs. I'm not sure of what the best thing to do is for burning fat there (more so burning fat than gaining muscle).

I wouldn't know of the best exercises, routines, sets...etc.
So if you can help I'd be very thankful. Thanks :)

Spot reduction is a myth. Just follow the guidelines for lowering BF%.

What are the guidelines to lowering BF%?

Do some research man. Just create a calorie deficit.

Don't wanna sound too lazy : / but I was curious if any of you had some great reads for stuff like this, websites, anything...For stuff such as determining things such as your energy expenditure, metabolic rate. I dunno...anything i can do to determine nearly the exact ammount of calories I should be getting and the median point in which you could go above or below resulting in gain/loss of weight vs. how much energy you expend through a day and metabolize it. I'm 5'11 and 160lbs btw.

I know there have been threads covering stuff like this but I've lost them and never took proper notice at the time. Sorry if I sound a little idiotic X_X. Google just isn't helping me. : /

a good way to increase your metabolic rate is "High Intensity Interval Training" for example.
A caloric deficit is still needed of course.
