Front Tuck Vid Included ( any Tips)

Ok so today I finally got my Front Tucks back after over a year of not having one due to injury. Well today I decided what the hell and threw my front tuck on to 16 inch crash mat. I would just like to have some feed back and some possible tips on it.

ur head is thrown down instantly upon punching, jump up and look forward. a bit more blocking will help with that.
