you are using your arms like a normal front flip...thats not how you do it.
you need to use your arms more and kick that leg back more. Its hard to explain through text. Watch the old loopkicks germany camp movie...anis does a short tutorial in it.

It doesn´t look too, bad. But as said already, you really have to swing that leg up harder and higher. Maybe it would also help to stall a bit more, bevore rotating.:wink:

I try to reach out, then bring them in and up. Is thjis vaguely correct?

i just step back, jump up as high as i can, and kick my leg up as hard as i can, then tuck
