this is what my training routine looks like:
monday
strength training
back squats 5x5
military press 5x5
dips 5x5
tuesday
gpp
wednesday
sprint training (10x100m)
thursday
strength training
deadlifts 5x5
glute-ham raises 5x5
pullups 5x5
friday
gpp
saturday and sunday are rest days. the gpp circuit consists of burpees, pullups, pushups and sandbag lifts, and last no longer than 20 min. so, will this routine lead to overtraining? do you think i'll be able to put on some mass if i eat like 4000 kcal per day? i sleep like 7 hours everyday, and my stats are height 183cm weight 75kg. my goals are getting bigger and stronger, without losing my conditioning.
