The websites calculated it from various body measurements, I guess? It will be horribly innacurate. Multi-site caliper tests would be valid, but require another person to take the caliper readings due to their sites. Some estimate based solely on, for example, suprailliac skin fold, but they're crap too. Use them as a measure of change only, not for an accurate bf% reading.

HAHAHAHA!!!! if you really have 2.12 bf% then you would be able to see every single muscle striation in your body, not to mention you would propably die from dehydration if you walked more than 5 minutes... hahahahah!!!
seriously, get some calipers d00d

Haha, I think Syn is drunk again.
This is sub 3% BF and it is directly harmful to you. The least amount of bodyfat you could uphold while still being healthy would be 4-6% and that would take fanatical proportions in terms of diet and training.
NOTE: These pics are pretty damn disgusting. You have been warned.

I don't even think that could be considered 3% bodyfat haha
Since he is so lacking in muscle, what is comprising the other 97% ?? Are we actually counting bone and organ tissue as far as body composition goes? Come on now people. You're spoiling my FruitLoops

Let's see here. BF%= %age of body mass made up of fat. That means take the mass of your body. Then take the amount of fat mass you have. Now divide the fat mass by the total mass.

NightHunter: well typically when people use this "bodyfat percentage" NONSENSE they are referring to a person's physique, not true total body mass. If that were the case, a person with clearly visible abs could still have above 20% bodyfat due to not only bodyfat, but bone marrow, brain tissue, cartilage joint lubrication, free floating fatty acids in the body, etc.etc.. all sorts of other things.
This is the case with my giant Ukranian friend, who has visible abs, but tests his bodyfat percentage on a scale which sends an electric signal through his body that records all the fat. He thinks he has +20% bodyfat... and is actually depressed about it... (what a fucking retard)
My point was this kid has about as much muscle as he does fat haha so really if we're talking purely physique he actually has more like 40% bodyfat.
Haha!

I don't feel up to tackling this one, someone else deal with it.
I'll just mention that those electric scales are utter crap, you can change the measurement significantly by drinking a lot of water or sometimes even holding your breath, or so I've heard.
