Hello everybody! :)

Is it good training when i run everyday 2.5 - 4km to traine my muscles?

Or should I do something else? (sry for bad english)

Yes, if you want to increase in type 1 fibers/endurance/condition... If you're looking for increasing in strenght/mass(Type 2, type 2:x fibers) it's useless... In that case you'd want to train with weights, focusing on concentric and especially eccentric training... Good luck...

Running is good. Add in some pushups, chinups, squats and other bodyweight exercises.

Make sure you eat lots of carbz for muscle growth

Well like only 14 dont start any serious stuff for another little while, but the running is good, and get a bar that goes between your doors and do some chin ups, it'll make a difference
