hey guys i am current trying to gain weight. im at a 5'8, 140 lb, i am tryin to get bigger so i can wrestle but i find that i have a poor appetite. I haven't been able to eat that much for a while (1 week) and i was wondering what would u do or recommend which would stimulate the appetite. Also, i have a fast metobolism, ectomorph and 15 years old. So yea thanks

Consume calorie dense foods, since they won't fill you up as much. Just continually try to increase portion size so that your stomach gets use to it over a period of time.
Just pretend to be hungry all the time.

When you initiate eating, what stops you from continuing? Perhaps your stomach is small, stretch it! Also many smaller meals can mean you won't need to stretch your stomach. Also try getting in touch with the despair of the world because then you'll eat ice cream to feel happy!
Try to graze continuously rather than having large set meals, up your intake gradually, and eat calorie dense foods as compleks mentioned.

usually i dont have time to eat smaller meals throughout the day so i usually eat like 4-5 big meals during the day.
You are 15, it is rather a priority issue than a time issue. Liquid meals are a fast and easy way to get extra calories in.
Marijuana
It has the opposite effect on me and I just end up chewing on the same piece of food for like four hours.

I smoked marihuana like once a week during some months(2, 3) one fall years ago, I used it as a relaxation for a heavy training program and it actually helped me to stay focused and kept my appetite high in the beginning, but after a while I felt "less conscious" and my motivation to train faded and I got more interested in what walls are really made of and stuff... so I quit... smoking that is

The problem i have been tryin to fix is well that i had a pretty good diet when i started. Ate about 3,000 calories a day. Now it seems more like 1,500 like my diet plan crashed or something.
Also I don't really want to use marijuana. I have had asthma in the past and recently gotten over it. using marijuana would develop it back again

Then just go back to your 3000 calorie diet. If you ate more in the past, then to the same thing but only in the present. TT cannot enlarge your stomach or provide food for you.
Skip the marijuana, eat peanut butter on your sandwiches for starters (natural peanut butter! Only peanuts and salt in it). Eat like it is your job, you have to think ahead every day and plan your meals accordingly with your daily schedule. Eat before you go to bed, have a few sandwiches with a slab of butter/peanut butter/cheese/whatever and add some cottage cheese in there.
This is your task for the remainder of the month, report back with your results on the 1st of June. NO, there are no excuses! Now do it and mean it. You are the one who has to make this happen.
