so if you donstead of the cartwheel the momentum steps and then pop into a full would that work?

kinda like a pop btwist then but ofcourse you stay upright and wrap like a cartfulltwist...?

real fulltwist is a frontflip twist
the kinda full that comes out of a cartwheel is not that inverted but there's a kick coming out to swingth.

i just want to know if you can do that move without the cartwheel but with the momentum steps from bkick setup.

Hm, what? Isn't a fulltwist a 360 degree rotation on a flip/move? Like, backfull, frontfull, sidefull?

A full twist doesn't necessarily have to be a front full. For instance, a full twisting back layout is easier than a full twisting front layout.

i think you misunderstood

with "reall fulltwist" i mean completely inverted like a frontfull twist or a backfulltwist

cartwheel full and fulltwist round are not really inverted and you can't see a flip+ twist in it

like the equivalent of what we are used to seeing after cartwheels like the 2 footed cheat full things, but from a btwist set up ?

If you walk through the motion of the cartwheel and throw it you will get a little extra momentum, about what you get if you take a few steps back into it

i think i do them after aerials i dunno if theyre inverted much though man :/

it'd be like an atwist off both feet, so a weird barani. like anything i guess you could tweak it to look cool but the benefits of actually learning to do that arnt great IMO

ahh thanks man :smile: originally i was trying double leg twists, but when i started punching i got a bit closer.

i can't twist backwards at all so i figured i should try it sideways ! :tongue: btw your cart full full made me very happy in my pants :good:
