single leg twist

can anyone give me a detail walkthrough for this move, i always seem to only spin 3/4 after the single leg and crash on my side. Any help would be appreciated.

If you can doubleleg twist, follow these crazy steps:
1. Do a doublelegtwist
2. Tuck one leg.
