so my friend was spotting me while i was learning an elevated backflip. i hugely overrotated and hurt my knee. after a few weeks i tried to do a regular back flip on the ground and it was horrible. i used to be able to backtuck with no problem on flat ground, but my body has forgotten the technique and i now i get scared every time i try and relearn it. has this ever happened to anyone?
It's happened to EVERYONE, don't worry, if you can do it once you can do it again. And forget to do it again. And then learn again. And over and over and over until you finally get your technique correct and lose all fear and it becomes reery easy. When I first learned to backflip I lost and relearned them multiple times a week, yay! You'll be fine if you stick with it.

Yeah, just keep practicing. You can relearn them. You've learned it once, you can re-learn them again.

I just relearned it yesterday after not doing it for almost a year. I was doin em yesterday night, but could not go for one today because of fear.

This doesn't really happen to me... only once with wallflips.
