There used to be a circus project in my school so I was taught to juggle when I was 14

i did a sponsored juggle the once! juggled normal 3 ball cascade for 11 minutes solid =) doesnt sound much but it felt like hours!!

also tried to juggle bowlin balls once! ..got three throws in and it all went a bit wrong! woops!!

Yes. Infact, i juggle in my free time. I juggle when the comp is loading. I have even juggled balls by putting my hands out, and juggling over the 10th floor of our house, risking to drop the balls. I juggle basketballs. I juggle everything!!

I recommend having strong 4 ball juggling before attempting 5.

I would say start with 3 ball flashes and work on getting them consecutive. Then try 4 ball flashes in a 5 pattern. Then 5 ball flashes.

Once you can flash 5 balls confidently then you can work on getting a few swaps going. Keep trying to beat your record until you can qualify it.

You have qualified the pattern when you can perform twice as many throws/catches as there are objects. (To qualify a 5 ball cascade 10 catches are required).

From there it's just a matter of striving to beat your old record.

It's quite important to count your catches and keep your current record in your head. This method of training is simple and addictive.
