Hey Everyone,

I been doing TKD for about 3 years now and felt like i wanted to challenge my self further than poomse and sparring. I feel i definatley got the flexibilty for tricking but just wanted some advice/tips for starting how and what basics i need to work on before i can progress.

Thanks

The best thing to do when you start tricking, is to relax.

best thing to do to start tricking, is create a template for a sessh sig, saves hassle in the future

In my opinion:
540 ,Aerial ,Back tuck ,Butterfly twist, & Doubleleg . Then with good mastery, move on to advanced variations. Over that, take it easy, comprehend techniques, practice,be safe, and have fun! assuming by your experience it should b easier.
