Anyone have ideas for tricks to do on the tramp?

This is what I can do:
Backflip, Frontflip, Sideflip(both ways), Shitty spins, Backflip one and a half twist, Frontflip full.

I've been trying some tricking stuff too, but it gets boring to do 540's and stuff like that.

Ideas?

If you'r doing 540's, backflips and b-twists on tramp, then what it is if not tricking ? :P


Try to combo flips, and some other random stuff.

When I'm on a trampoline I like to work on poses in flips. Like grabbing your heels and doing a method like a rollerblader, doing really emphatic flashes and x-outs, pike kickouts, there's a lot of stuff you can do if you jump high enough.

Trampolines are excellent learning devices if you have correct technique on your flips. Anyways, take advantage of the bounceyness and enjoy doing easy double flips, hyper900s and snapuswipes and stuff like that.

Try pop tricks too, they are easy on a tramp and thats how I got pop 7's, getting used to the spinning. Cheat tricks don't work too well for me on the tramp, though...

yeah there are some tricks that dont work that well on the tramp, eg. tricks that have one leg takeoff, 540, etc. I fuckin SWEAR by the trampoline for learning though, every move i have learned, i tried on the tramp first, including btwist. For backflip, i learned proper technique, and it only took me 2 weeks to get it on ground. It just gives you an awesome sense of aerial movement with no danger of crashing on your face. With the proper technique, i think tramps are an awesome learning tool. Ive got my tramp cork down now, lookin forward to trying on the ground soon

I learned to do a backflip yesterday on a trampoline, and without it I would have probably never overcome the fear that fast, so I think that trampoline flipping is good! All I need to do now is learn proper technique for it cause now I don't tuck at all.. I really just overcame the fear of going backwards but with shitty technique.

Back on topic, if you can do these flips on trampoline, make sure you train them with proper technique so they become easier to do on ground! Else than that pop tricks are fun to do on a trampoline too.

trampolines are cool. I have always avoided them seeing as my flip-twisting technique sucks. I think I shall start using them to fix my technique next week.

yeah tramps are great for learning techniques. pretty much every single move i can do, i learned on tramp first. and you can do anything on them; gainers, btwists, flips, kicks, aerials, axe2-stuff, swingthru's etc etc.

Tramps are very good for exercise since I feel very exhausted and sometimes like throwing up after I jump around alot.

Right, I'm saying working on posing on a trampoline can translate. On Saturday my gainers were feeling gigantic so I started to throw in poses that I had worked out on trampoline into them.

do a double btwist and make sure you use your set up really good :wicked: , but on a serious note try doing touch down raiz (I was doing those yesterday :smile: ) or....switch flashes(that should be really easy..)umm...BACKFLIP OFF YOUR KNEES(those could be scary as hell) and other things off your knees are fun.haha usualy me and my friends have a competition to see who could do the most backtuck->fronttuck combo as in backtuck,fronttuck,backtuck,fronttuck.ect..
