After 2 months trying aerial cartwheel I got my first decent diving aerial (the one I prefer).

Just nothing special!!! Just nothing special!!

Please have a look and give some advice and critics (I'll post them to my boss).
I know the 540 kick is terrible, and also the other stuff...I just had the camera so recorded something in few minutes...

I have miles to go but damn I reallllly like it...
Thanks again JuJii and Antonie and Taegashi (which are also very gay)...

All the best,
Tommy

Holy crap, your aerial looks weird haha. It's cool though! I would say work on your dynamic flexibility so your legs can be split further apart... and that first leg: throw it up really, really hard!

Thanks guys.
Tatsumaru U r -> (right). Some past TKD practice made some problem to my hips so I don't like too much kicking high...anyway I surely have to work on elasticity...It's really weird because I tried to achieve rotation speed using arms like a lateral webster (I suppose)...
good eye man and thanks again

Not bad man, I have yet to get aerials....
Because I rarely try them....
But since everyone in my team can do them, but me.
I'll have to learn them soon.

Wow, your aerials are so cool! You have aerial switch technuique in a normal aerial...I mean, your chest is so open, and your legs come perfectly vertical over you.

Try switching and landing with the other leg! :)

Awesome stuff, Barbaxa!

And, while we're at it, I want to thank Juji too for his gainer flash tutorial.

...oh wait.

if you did that from a 540 setup or s/t you would have a wicked tigerswipe / invert raiz.

Thanks guys...I'll go out as soon as possible (have no gym here and it's raining...bedda madre!!) and try some other ways to crash myself aerialy on the ground...remember I'm a bloody novice in tricking moves so sometimes I loose my mind trying to get what you mean...(combos, inverting, switching...)

...but there is just only one way: go crash my ass!!

thi is exaclty how I first learnt my aerial, some kid told me it was wrong so I tried to change it and now mine lookes like some dodgey sideflip leg straight type thing.

Now I can't get this back..

If you feel comfortable with it, smooth, precise, good balanced, dynamic and so on I don't think you need to get back somewhere...maybe in some years I'll find that I'm more comfortable with a dodgey sideflip leg straight thing and do aerials this way...you never know where evolution brings, I guess

If you want to get the previous shape my silly advice is change your mind: consider this aerial as a completely New trick. Start again from the beginnig, don't understimate anything and I think you will find something (just because you already learnt it!!). Maybe you'll come out with a new switched sideswinging something and we'll be clappin on that "CRRRRRRAzzzyyy ttwistttiiiiiiinggggggggg" (<- quoting b-twist tutorial(damn I've seen too many tutorials)).

C Ya!

Now I get what you mean...
No I started from frontal position going straight, something like a side-twisting-webster (???)...the right shoulder is locked up coming from down

Like others have said already, that's a wicked cool aerial. It's like an aerial switch/raiz hybrid, which is awesome! :worry:
