so yea im kinda a n00b tricker, i just started recently, so i can do a decent 540 at my TKD gym (wrestling mat flooring stuff), but it seems a lot harder and i cant seem to get them with the landing on my kicking leg when i practise outside or on carpet and stuff... maybe its just a mental bock or more practise or something?
if any of you guys had the same problem or anything, tips would be appreciated, thanks.
